Privacy policy
In short: this website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Only the technically necessary access data is stored by our hosting provider. This is a translation; the German version is legally binding.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the site, the server automatically stores access data: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system, and the referring page.
This data is needed to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log files are deleted automatically after a short period. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.
3. No cookies, no tracking
We do not set cookies and do not use any analytics, advertising or social media services. Fonts are loaded directly from our own server, not from third parties.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we use your details only to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a booking, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Booking and external links
Bookings are made through MV Ferienhäuser. Clicking “Book” or “Prices & availability” takes you to their website. MV Ferienhäuser is responsible for any data you enter there, and their privacy policy applies.
The same applies to links to Google Maps and Facebook. No data is sent to these providers unless you click a link.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. An informal message to the address above is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
